Jonny Dawes


After graduating from Durham University, Jonny Dawes worked for five years at Procter and Gamble before moving to IMG where he worked for 14 years in various commercial roles across a number of sports, music and fashion projects. With over 25 years’ experience in the commercial world and a passion for food and drink, he has in the last 12 years worked with Heston Blumenthal to build and develop a global brand and business including all the associated commercial interests. More recently this has led to developing new businesses in food and hospitality with other chefs such as Clare Smyth as well as other areas of lifestyle around interior and product design.

Andrew McKinlay


Andrew has been in the Media, Advertising and Marketing sector throughout his career, stating at Saatchi & Saatchi working in the London and Asia offices responsible for client brands 3i Plc, Campbells , BP, BT, British Army, DBS, Bank, DHL, Diageo, Guinness and Visa. He also worked at Grey Worldwide, JWT and Publicis agencies before moving on later moved to Nokia as Global Marketing Director. Andrew has since worked in various consultancy practices in brand strategy, innovation and marketing roles, most recently as Global Marketing and Communications Director for Ebiquity Plc, a leading Independent Media and Marketing Effectiveness consultancy. Andrew is an NED for Frill Holdings, AB a food-tech business. He has a passion for making cocktails, is a sports enthusiast and committed father and husband, owns a Border Terrier.

Mimi Henken


Mimi’s communications career began in New York City where she developed and executed strategic plans for Condé Nast Publications, US celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse, and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. For over ten years, she developed and oversaw communications and marketing strategy for Lagasse's television shows, publishing, consumer products, and twelve fine dining restaurants. Since relocating to London with her family, Mimi has worked as a senior communications consultant specialising in restaurants and brand/personality management for top UK chefs.

Hugo Codrington


Hugo began his career in the food and drinks industries working in the marketing departments of United Biscuits and International Distillers and Vintners. He was the brand manager for Archers Peach Schnapps, Amaretto di Sarano and Southern Comfort. Hugo has worked in media and consultancy and is a partner in an Executive Search firm based in the West End. Whilst Hugo is based in the UK he has worked across Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Hugo is a shareholder and board member of Westmorland Spirits company and is a committed foodie, father, husband, and French Basset Hound owner.
